Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened nose strip boxes cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and help with a replacement where appropriate.

Refunds

Once a return is received and approved, the order amount will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
