Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened nose strip boxes cannot be returned.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos. We will review the issue and help with a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once a return is received and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider.
